The Restart of International Travel

Since 2005, our residential programs in Cambridge have truly been the highlight of every year. We are delighted to confirm that we are planning to run all of our summer programs as scheduled in Cambridge this summer. We look forward to delivering an unforgettable experience for our international community of students.

This Summer

We are happy to report that the UK government has released a roadmap, which signposts the easing of restrictions over the coming months, enabling us to look even more positively towards the summer. The government’s ‘Global Travel Taskforce’ has also announced a framework for the reopening of international travel in time for the summer. We invite you to read our updated Covid-19 Response page with the latest information on our 2021 programs and our safety plan. We will keep this page under review and updated as the summer approaches and as government guidelines on summer travel are expanded over the coming weeks.

The vaccination program in the UK also continues to progress efficiently and effectively.  Meanwhile in Cambridge, schools have reopened and the University, which has been operational throughout, hopes to welcome back as many students as possible this term. Our plans for the summer are very much in progress and we are looking forward to meeting our new cohort of students.

Reserving a place for Summer 2021

Our priority at this stage is to maintain open communication channels with all our agents and families and remain flexible where possible.

In order to reserve a place for this summer, we would please ask families to complete our short online application form found via this link. For full details on our available dates, courses and tasters, please visit www.reachcambridge.com/courses.

We understand that people may wish to make their travel plans much closer to the summer and so there is no requirement to inform us of your travel arrangements at this stage. Furthermore, although the main website deadline (for all application documentation and any payment) is currently 30th April, we are keeping this date under review to allow families more planning time if required. We are happy to keep in touch on a case-by-case basis as the situation – particularly around international travel – becomes clearer.

Flexible Cancellation Terms

Finally, we are also offering families flexible booking options and a covid refund promise this summer. More details can be found on our Covid-19 webpage.

We look forward to offering a truly life-changing experience to our students this summer, filled with self-discovery and the formation of international bonds of friendship, which we believe are something to be treasured now more than ever.

If you have any questions or would like to book a zoom call with our experienced team, regarding our in-person summer schools or indeed our 1:1 online learning opportunities, please contact us.
